In addition to my more recent training and experience, my previous career history includes working as a Registered General Nurse since 1988 and then later as a Registered Midwife from 1991. Through continuation of my professional studies, I was also awarded a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery Professional Studies in 2000.  

By incorporating the use of massage in the healthcare setting and more personally, through my family involvement in competitive sports, I have long appreciated the many therapeutic benefits of massage. Specifically, I have experienced the positive impact that this therapy can have on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is my firm belief in these benefits which has led me to pursue a career as a massage therapist myself and why my approach to each client is based on holistic principles. Whichever therapy you choose, I always aim to provide an integrated treatment that is tailored to your own unique requirements and one which leaves you feeling revitalised, nurtured and cared for.
